2023 IFEA Expo Booth Registration Form (Member)

The below Expo Registration Rates reflect Early Bird pricing that will end at 11:59 p.m. MDT on April 28, 2023.

Thank you for choosing to join us for the 2023 IFEA Expo! Please select from the available Expo Packages listed below.

SPACE SELECTION: Booth space selection will be based on date registration is received and will begin in May. Payment in full must be received with registration form. Only one company per booth space please.

SPACE SIZE: All booth spaces are 10' deep x 10' wide and equipped with an 8' high back wall drape, 3' side dividers and an ID sign. Larger spaces are available for an additional cost. Please call or email kaye@ifea.com or 208-433-0950 x8150 if you are interested.

SPACE FURNISHINGS: Spaces are uncarpeted. Full Experience Packages also include one 6' skirted table and 2 standard chairs. Please refer to the Expo Pricing & Packages chart and Booth Specifics & Details link for complete information regarding what each package includes. An exhibitor services guide will be emailed in July with additional options for furnishings, carpeting, electrical, shipping and more.


CONVENTION REGISTRATION: Only the Full Experience Package includes access to all Convention courses and functions.
