This festival is an annual event which is great for the whole family held at Bull Sallas Park in New Caney, TX, with attendance estimated at about 5,000. We encourage attendees to dress the part and enjoy the festivities as one of our own. The EMC Historical Society traditionally has a booth full of items that provide a rich education on the area and its foundational trade. They will also have history books and photos on hand that allows for guests to see what the area was like in the past. Our arts and craft vendors are ready to show off their latest creations. Each vendor is bringing unique and highly valued arts and crafts from surrounding areas. Guests will be entertained with live music, car show, heavy logging equipment show, petting zoo, rock wall, and logging demonstration competitions. The proceeds from the festival go to the Greater East Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and the businesses it serves.
